It's summer and it's time to take a little break from everyday life. We missed our spring vacation back in April because of my broken leg, so we're WAY overdue for some time away. We haven't had a real vacation since November when we went to Florida.
So here's the heads up for the blog! I plan to update here about my vacation in the Sunday Update on July 7th. Until then there will be no posts. In the meantime, let's say HAPPY ANNIVERSARY to this blog that was started on July 2nd, 2011. It will be 8 years old next week. Kinda crazy, right? I'm not sure I've ever stuck with a blog that long. My knitting blog had a lot but I think that was only about 7 years? Hard to remember now.
