When I first started this journey with Mei, she was a reluctant detective. She wanted to help, but she didn't want to cause harm to her mother's reputation (or her own). She just wanted to help Akiko. Now, three books later, Mei realizes that solving mysteries is actually a lot of fun, and something that she's pretty good at. So when a mystery falls right in her lap in THE DAYDREAMER DETECTIVE RETURNS A FAVOR, it doesn't take much convincing for her to help out. The only problem becomes juggling all of her responsibilities now that she's pregnant, running a tea shop, and helping her mother at the family farm. Mei will just have to call in extra help to get the job done.

Oh I can’t wait to see which other teasers you made for this book. I like this one and it shows Mei’s love for a good mystery. I am about halfway through the book at the moment. I am liking the mystery so far and am really curious why the girl disappeared and what happened to her.
